The latest software solutions make Hybrid Mail very attractive as processing documents from your desktop follows the same steps as file, print, but with the added option of allow you to choose the class you want to send that mail item, rather than printing to a local printing and manually fulfilling all at a higher cost.

System generated documents can be captured and processed automatically, so no manual intervention is required at all. If e-delivery is preferred on all or select items this can also be automatically processed inline with those for physical print, fulfilment and dispatch.
