• Down Stream Access (DSA) providers act as mail aggregators, processing large volumes of mail and delivering to Royal Mails main hubs. Because DSA providers are doing a lot of the work for Royal Mail, Royal Mail provides them with exceptional rates, some of which is passed on to clients. This is a great service but deemed a second class service as the added processing causing a slight delay in the process with delivery times extended to 3-5 days. Additional savings of 15-20% are not unrealistic if your organisation is sending a reasonable volume.
