What is Mailmark?

MailMark was Formerly known as Enterprise Intelligent Barcode, or “EIB”. It is the newest and most efficient way of franking, allowing you to access the cheapest franking rates from Royal Mail.

Frama Matrix F-Series

The Frama Matrix F-Series range are MailMark compliant, the machine range from entry to mid-size machines.

Prices vary for the various Frama Matrix models available and as Frama is a relatively small company producing fewer numbers of machines than other franking companies they can be more expensive. They do however enough models in the range to cover almost every budgetary requirement

Quadient IS and IN Series

The Quadient IS and IN series are one of the largest selling ranges of Mailmark franking machines on the market. There are lots of options available from the most basic IS-280C model, to the higher capacity self-aligning and efficient IN700 and IN6000c models. This extensive range covers MailMark franking machines for all operations.

Prices for the IS-280C start from around £1000, which is quite high for an entry-level machine, however, Quadient pride themselves on high-quality solutions. The more capable automatic solutions start at around £10,000 but offer far more functionality and automation.

FP Mailing Postbase

The FP Mailing Postbase Series support MailMark with the Postbase mini being the entry-level machine with its 3.5’’ touch display.

FP has a diverse range of machines, often modular allowing you to change and adapt the machines as your volumes grow. Prices are pretty competitive considering they are relatively small in comparison to Pitney Bowes and Quadient who hold the vast majority of the UK Market.

Pitney Bowes DM Series

Pitney Bowes are the global leader when it comes to franking machines. They have a diverse range like Quadient but tend to lead the way in innovation with a recent drive towards complementary software solutions. The DM series of low to mid-level franking machines is one of the highest sellers in the industry, they offer a good balance of machine quality and price. The machines all include data capture with simple connectivity options, its not surprising of the success of these models.

Prices start at under £1000 for the entry-level machines which on a rental or lease option can be as low as £20 a month.
